<description>On Tuesday, July 15, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. in room 2154 of the Rayburn House Office Building the Subcommittee on Federal Workforce, Postal Service and the District of Columbia will hold a hearing on H.R. 5600 and a business meeting to mark up:
H.R.6322, a bill introduced by Representative Eleanor Holmes Norton on June 19, 2008, "to amend the District of Columbia School Reform Act of 1995 to permit the District of Columbia government to exercise authority over the Public Charter School Board in the same manner as the District government may exercise authority over other entities of the District government."
Immediately following the business meeting, the Subcommittee will hold a hearing to examine, "H.R. 5600: the District of Columbia Court, Offender Supervision, Parole, and Public Defender Employees Equity Act of 2008."
